I launched a Domestika course last month, here are the questions I’ve been asked by people wanting to be instructors 👩🏻🏫
Can you pitch to be an instructor?
I didn’t pitch, but I have subsequently launched two people succesfully since I was accepted.
So YES you can pitch (and I would try to pitch anything in life). This article is based on podcast pitching but will help to give you a framework to start from:
Make sure you include any links to you being on camera. If the person is discovering you for the first time, they can get a sense of your confidence on video.
Domestika is focused on all aspects of creativity, and its audience is typically creative entrepreneurs. I wouldn’t worry if you have a non-traditionally creative topic, but I would ensure that your brand and audience match.
